Engage actively in pair programming, whiteboarding, architectural design, and peer code reviews.
Collaborate with product owners, account management, and operations teams to refine sprint backlog items and ensure application stability.
Take a proactive, shared-responsibility approach to managing workloads, problem-solving, and continuous team development.
Maintain clean, efficient code standards while incorporating accessibility and software design best practices.

Requirements

Commercial software development experience using modern programming languages (e.g., PHP, JavaScript, React, MySQL, or similar).
Demonstrated experience working with MVC frameworks and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Familiarity with source control (Git), automated testing frameworks, and software design principles.
Strong enthusiasm for collaborative working, pair programming, and receiving peer feedback.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A proactive mindset with a genuine curiosity to learn and mentor others.
