Job description

We are seeking a collaborative Full Stack Developer to join an innovative, self-managing technology firm. Working within an agile environment, you will participate in pair programming, architectural decisions, and peer code reviews.   • Engage actively in pair programming, whiteboarding, architectural design, and peer code reviews.
  • Collaborate with product owners, account management, and operations teams to refine sprint backlog items and ensure application stability.
  • Take a proactive, shared-responsibility approach to managing workloads, problem-solving, and continuous team development.
  • Maintain clean, efficient code standards while incorporating accessibility and software design best practices.

Requirements

  • Commercial software development experience using modern programming languages (e.g., PHP, JavaScript, React, MySQL, or similar).
  • Demonstrated experience working with MVC frameworks and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Familiarity with source control (Git), automated testing frameworks, and software design principles.
  • Strong enthusiasm for collaborative working, pair programming, and receiving peer feedback.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset with a genuine curiosity to learn and mentor others.
  • Full right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available for this position).
