Job description

Working alongside experienced colleagues, you’ll receive training and support while gaining exposure to a variety of technologies and business-critical applications. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting internal business applications and resolving user issues.
  • Assisting with application monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Working with databases and supporting database administration activities.
  • Supporting software development and testing where required.
  • Learning about the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and development best practices.
  • Collaborating with technical and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Maintaining technical documentation and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Whether you’ve gained experience through your degree, university projects, placements, or personal development, we’d love to hear from you., We’re primarily looking for someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • A degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A genuine interest in software, applications, and technology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • A proactive approach with a desire to develop new technical skills.

Any exposure to the following would be beneficial but is not essential:

  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • SQL or database concepts
  • Oracle databases
  • Unix/Linux environments
  • Software development or scripting languages
