ServiceNow Developer

As a ServiceNow Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing and configuring ServiceNow solutions that deliver outstanding user experiences and business outcomes.

You’ll work alongside experienced architects, consultants and cross-functional teams to develop workflow applications, integrations and modern user interfaces across a range of ServiceNow products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop solutions across HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Build modern user experiences using UI Builder and Service Portal
• Develop workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and Workflow Data Fabric
• Develop solutions using JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Build integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems
• Work closely with architects, consultants and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Support the delivery of AI-enabled solutions using Now Assist and Generative AI capabilities

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Experience with HRSD, CSM and/or Employee Experience workflows
• Strong JavaScript, HTML and CSS skills
• Experience using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and Glide API
• Experience developing ServiceNow integrations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
