Customer Service Management (CSM) Field Service Management (FSM) HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) Legal Service Delivery (LSD) Procurement Service Management (PSM) Financial Services Operations (FSO) Creator Workflows / App Engine

The Role As a ServiceNow Developer, you’ll play a key role in designing, developing and enhancing ServiceNow solutions across a variety of enterprise projects.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing and configuring ServiceNow applications and workflows.
  • Building intuitive user experiences using UI Builder, Next Experience and Service Portal.
  • Creating integrations with third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP and IntegrationHub.
  • Developing custom functionality using JavaScript, Glide API and Flow Designer.
  • Supporting workflow automation and platform enhancements.
  • Working alongside consultants, architects and business stakeholders to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Troubleshooting issues and continuously improving platform performance and user experience.

Requirements

  • Commercial experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong JavaScript development skills.
  • Experience with Flow Designer, Glide API and IntegrationHub.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and modern ServiceNow development best practices.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with external platforms and APIs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within collaborative delivery teams.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Security Requirements Due to the nature of the work, applicants must be eligible to obtain SC Security Clearance. This typically requires continuous UK residency for the previous five years and meeting the relevant government clearance criteria.
