Job description

  • Lead end-to-end service design and operating models.
  • Own Service Design Packages and operational readiness activities.
  • Define support structures, ownership models, SLAs and governance controls.
  • Partner with infrastructure, cloud, application, security and supplier teams.
  • Ensure smooth transition of services into BAU operations.
  • Drive operational resilience, regulatory alignment and continual improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Service Design, Service Transition or Service Introduction.
  • Proven ability to build service operating models from scratch.
  • Excellent understanding of ITIL principles.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience across infrastructure, applications, cloud and security environments.
  • ITIL v4, SIAM and ServiceNow experience beneficial.
  • Knowledge of ECB and DORA
