  • Technischer Ansprechpartner für nationale sowie internationale Supportanfragen - persönlich, am Telefon oder per Mail
  • Kleinere Projektverantwortlichkeiten
  • Bearbeitung von Nutzeranfragen, von der Anfrage, über die Fehleranalyse bis zur Erarbeitung von Lösungen
  • Client Installation und Administration
  • Durchführung von Userschulungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT Bereich, wie z. B. als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, IT Kundenbetreuer, IT System Elektroniker, IT System Kaufmann, Servicetechniker IT, Informationselektroniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im IT Service, gerne auch speziell im Support
  • Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
