Job description
Experteer Overview As Senior Cloud Engineer, you design and optimize enterprise multi-cloud platforms across AWS, Azure, OCI, and GCP to support critical business workloads. You lead cloud architecture initiatives, drive automation and security governance, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, compliant, and resilient cloud services. You will mentor engineers and push modernization and cost-efficiency in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment. This is an opportunity to shape Digital Realty’s cloud strategy and operational excellence. Compensation / Benefits * Design multi-cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, OCI, and GCP * Develop cloud landing zones aligned with security, governance and compliance * Support hybrid and multi-region deployments for enterprise workloads * Evaluate and recommend cloud-native services and architectural patterns * Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, ARM, CloudFormation * Automate provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management * Standardize repeatable deployment templates and patterns * Implement cloud security best practices and governance policies (IAM, network, encryption, logging) * Lead complex cloud initiatives and mentor junior engineers * Collaborate with application, networking, IAM and security teams * Support incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement * Optimize performance and cloud costs (FinOps) * Provide clear technical guidance to engineers and stakeholders Tasks * 7+ years of experience in infrastructure or cloud engineering * Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure (required) * Production experience with OCI and GCP * Strong networking knowledge (VPC/VNet, routing, DNS, firewalls) * Identity & Access Management (IAM, RBAC, federated identity) * Experience with Linux and/or Windows server workloads * Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python preferred) * Experience with CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployments * Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools Key requirements * medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance * 401k match * employee stock purchase plan * disability benefits * wellness and education benefits * paid time off and holidays
