Commerce Technical Implementation Manager II

Experteer Overview In this role you guide clients through complex technical integrations on our Commerce Platform, ensuring successful adoption of our payment solutions. You work closely with clients and internal partners to deliver timely, innovative integration outcomes. You help drive growth of our payments business and stay ahead of industry trends. Compensation / Benefits * Lead integration testing with clients: define scope, test plans, and production transitions * Efficiently manage incoming demand via queue and time management * Collaborate with Business Development, Product Solution Specialists, and Relationship Management to deliver innovative client solutions * Lead recurring team meetings and training on industry trends and best practices * Identify and address service gaps to improve testing experience and deliverables * Oversee department procedures, reporting gaps, and efficiency improvements * Provide clear updates and technical guidance to mid and senior management * Foster collaboration, diversity, and inclusion within the team * Promote change by driving service and process improvements * Own project outcomes and proactively manage escalations * Build strong client and internal partner relationships to support seamless integrations Tasks * Minimum 5 years of work experience, including 3 years in Operations or Technology within the credit card processing industry * Expertise in OAuth2.0 and mTLS * Ability to interpret technical specifications and APIs for proprietary platforms * Experience with REST-based APIs and Open API Specifications * Familiarity with AI/LLM and data tools such as Tableau, Splunk, Datadog, and AWS * Detail-oriented problem solver with strong de-escalation skills * Confident communicator able to provide clear updates to mid and senior management * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Key requirements * competitive total rewards * base salary * commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentive * comprehensive health care * retirement savings plan * tuition reimbursement
