Sr. Technical Program Manager, Agentic WorkSpaces

Experteer Overview As a Senior Technical Program Manager in the Foundations team of Agentic WorkSpaces, you will steer cross-team programs that enable secure, AI-assisted desktop experiences at enterprise scale. You’ll partner with engineering, product, and security leaders across US and Europe to deliver high-quality streaming infrastructure, client apps, and observability capabilities. You drive milestones, manage risks, and ensure launch readiness from planning to GA. You’ll help shape a vision where people and AI collaborate securely, delivering measurable value for customers and the business. Compensation / Benefits * Own end-to-end program execution for cross-cutting initiatives across Foundations and adjacent teams * Coordinate delivery across US and Europe with timezone-aware communication * Drive launch readiness for new features and services, including operational readiness and GTM coordination * Build and maintain program health dashboards and lead weekly reviews * Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and blockers with engineering managers and product managers * Improve program management mechanisms (retrospectives, cadence, templates) to create predictable delivery * Partner with product management to translate strategic priorities into actionable program plans * Monitor progress and surface risks early to leadership Tasks * 5+ years of technical program management with software engineering teams * 3+ years of software development experience * Experience in project management disciplines: scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, critical path * Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules * Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent * Knowledge of coordinating multi-team launches and operational readiness Key requirements * flexible work hours * mentorship and career growth * health insurance (medical, dental, vision) * 401(k) matching * paid time off * parental leave
