Software Development Engineer, Agentic WorkSpaces

Experteer Overview In this role you will help build Agentic WorkSpaces, a secure, scalable environment for human-AI collaboration in the enterprise. You will work within a cross-functional team to deliver low-latency, highly available services used by millions of users, contributing to a platform at the intersection of cloud computing and agentic AI. You will partner with other AWS teams to align infrastructure and leverage shared AI capabilities, driving impactful improvements in the workspace experience. This is a chance to shape how AI agents and humans collaborate at scale while advancing operational excellence. Compensation / Benefits * Drive architectural design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability services * Own operations across multiple production regions and OS variants with automated troubleshooting * Collaborate with teams (e.g., Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q) to leverage shared agentic infrastructure * Maintain and improve reliability, SLAs, and performance of core services used by over one million users * Mentor peers and elevate engineering practices and development standards Tasks * 3+ years of non-internship software development experience * 2+ years in design or architecture of large-scale systems * 1+ years of experience building distributed software applications (multi-threaded, embedded, or multi-tiered) * Proficiency in C#, C++, Java, or Perl * Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field Key requirements * flexible work hours and arrangements * health insurance (medical, dental, vision) * 401(k) matching * paid time off * parental leave * RSU sign-on and compensation package
