Sr. Technical Program Manager, AWS EC2 Accelerator Team

Experteer Overview As Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs for AWS AI accelerators, Trainium and Inferentia. You will connect silicon, hardware, software platforms, and ML frameworks to deliver on-time, coherent programs. You will turn ambiguous goals into concrete plans, manage risks, and keep leadership informed with a clear status of momentum and trade-offs. This role offers impact on purpose-built AI infrastructure and collaboration with senior stakeholders to shape delivery at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Own planning and end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional programs spanning silicon, hardware, software platforms, and ML frameworks; define scope, milestones, dependencies, and critical path * Drive alignment across many teams and leaders; establish planning, status, and risk review mechanisms * Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; drive mitigations and clarify trade-offs before launch-blocking * Translate high-level goals into concrete plans with owners, dates, and success criteria * Communicate status, risks, and decisions to senior leadership and serve as the single source of truth for program health * Raise the bar on program management practices and drive continuous improvement across the organization * Convert ambiguity into a clear, shared plan and hold the program accountable to it Tasks * 7+ years of technical product or program management experience * 8+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience * 5+ years of software development experience * 5+ years of technical program management with software engineering * Experience managing cross-functional programs, building processes and coordinating release schedules * Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure and complex systems Key requirements * sign-on payments and RSUs * health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D) * 401(k) matching * paid time off * parental leave * EAP and mental health support
