Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will translate HR metrics into strategic insights that inform leadership decisions. You will design data pipelines and integrations to power analytics across the HR function, partnering with executives to align data initiatives with company OKRs. You’ll build scalable data objects and dashboards that reveal workforce trends and opportunities, and you’ll apply AI-driven automation to speed data preparation. This is a chance to shape how EchoStar leverages people data to drive growth and improve employee experiences. You will operate at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and HR strategy, delivering impact through cross-functional collaboration. Compensation / Benefits * Design and implement integrations with HR systems and Snowflake * Develop data objects powering Python and Tableau analytics suites * Create analytical solutions to address business challenges and support OKRs * Automate data cleaning and manipulation using AI tools to scale data marts * Translate metrics into strategic recommendations for HR partners and executives * Collaborate with HR Business Partners to inform leadership decisions Tasks * Deep experience in data integration, ETL, and data warehousing strategy * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Experience using AI tools to enhance data processing * Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder guidance * Proven experience presenting analytics to executive leadership * Ability to manage multiple high-stakes data projects concurrently Key requirements * flexible spending accounts * HSA * 401(k) with company match * ESPP * career opportunities * flexible time away plan
