Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will design electrical and fluid power systems for automated manufacturing solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and customers to ensure designs meet specifications and standards. You will create schematics and specify BOM components, supporting cost, quality, and schedule goals. The position is onsite in Holland, MI with occasional travel to training or customer sites, contributing to JR Automation’s mission of delivering smart automation. You will work with cross-functional peers to drive successful project execution. Compensation / Benefits * Interface with vendors and customers * Conduct electrical and fluid power design * Ensure equipment meets specifications using standard techniques * Create electrical and fluid power schematics * Specify electrical and fluid power components for BOM * Perform tasks with minimal supervision * Support program execution related to cost, quality, and timing * Ensure compliance with industry standards * Coordinate with mechanical designers, machine builders, electricians, and controls engineers * Attend machine/station design reviews * Travel up to 10% for training and customer site visits Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or 5 years’ automation experience * Proficient in CAD (AutoCAD Electrical) and Microsoft Office * Knowledge of industry standards, electrical and fluid power circuits, and basic electrical & pneumatic calculations Key requirements *
