Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all linguistic and analytical outputs
Requirements
An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is preferred; however, candidates with an existing security clearance may be eligible for sponsorship to obtain the required clearance upgrade.
We are seeking a Human Language Technology specialist (HLT) with Russian language proficiency to support mission-focused efforts. While this role is designated as an HLT position, it is linguist-focused and requires strong language capabilities combined with technical aptitude. The ideal candidate will be both linguistically skilled and technically savvy , with the ability to work with data and modern analytical tools., + Proficiency in Russian language with a minimum of 2+ (ILR or equivalent)

Experience or demonstrated ability in translation, analysis, or language-related work

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work across data management tools and systems

Familiarity with IT concepts and d ata handling practices
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience working with machine learning , artificial intelligence , or large language models ( LLMs )
-
Background in data analysis , data management , or related technical fields
-
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
-
Experience supporting government or mission-driven environments
What You Bring:
-

Bachelor’s degree with 8 - 12 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 6-10 years of related experience. (Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.)

Candidates must have experience in the Intelligence Community and Operations.

Must successfully complete a Leidos-administered language proficiency test or equivalent
-
HLT experience
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic online research.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and target languages.
