Experteer Overview As a Senior Consultant, Technical Solutions, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor for strategic client initiatives within Visa’s digital payments ecosystem. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Client Services and external partners to design, implement, and optimize secure, scalable payment solutions. Your work will focus on guiding complex integrations, troubleshooting issues, and recommending improvements that drive business outcomes. This role combines technical depth with client engagement in a matrixed environment and may include incident management outside core hours. You will have a meaningful impact by shaping how payments scale and innovate for clients globally. Compensation / Benefits * Act as a technical consultant supporting client implementations and strategic initiatives * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize payment solutions * Lead discovery sessions, design workshops, and implementation planning * Support complex integrations including APIs, tokenization, authentication, and transaction processing * Diagnose and resolve production issues affecting performance and stability * Drive continuous improvements for scalability, reliability, and efficiency * Translate business and technical requirements into actionable recommendations * Provide guidance on integration strategies, monitoring, and incident management * Apply Agile methodologies and governance practices to programs * Identify opportunities for innovation with internal and external stakeholders * Influence outcomes across matrixed teams and offer informal leadership Tasks * 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor degree or 5+ years with an Advanced degree or 2+ years with a PhD * Bachelor’s degree in CS, Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical discipline * Experience in technical consulting, systems integration, solution engineering, or enterprise technology initiatives * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills * Experience working directly with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams Key requirements * Medical * Dental * Vision * 401(k) * FSA/HSA * Life Insurance
