Experteer Overview As a Senior Consultant, Technical Solutions, you will act as a trusted advisor to design, implement, and optimize complex payment solutions across Visa’s digital payments ecosystem. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Client Services, and partners to deliver secure, scalable experiences and resolve integration challenges. The role emphasizes translating business needs into technical solutions, driving incident management, and guiding cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment. This position offers exposure to strategic programs and opportunities to shape innovative payments capabilities. Compensation / Benefits * Serve as a technical consultant supporting client implementations and strategic initiatives * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize payment solutions aligned to objectives * Lead technical discovery sessions, design workshops, and implementation planning * Support complex integrations involving APIs, tokenization, authentication, and transaction processing systems * Diagnose and resolve production issues impacting performance and reliability * Drive ongoing improvement for scalability, efficiency, and reliability * Translate business and technical requirements into actionable recommendations for stakeholders * Guide integration strategies, monitoring frameworks, and incident management processes * Apply Agile delivery and governance practices to strategic programs * Identify opportunities for innovation and adoption of emerging technologies * Influence outcomes across matrixed teams and provide informal leadership Tasks * 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor degree or 5+ years with advanced degree, or 2+ years with PhD * Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, IT, etc.) * Experience in technical consulting, systems integration, solution engineering, or enterprise technology initiatives * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills * Experience working with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams Key requirements * Medical * Dental * Vision * 401(k) * FSA/HSA * Paid Time Off
