Experteer Overview In this role you act as a trusted technical advisor across Visa’s digital payments ecosystem. You will partner with product, engineering and client teams to design, implement and optimize secure, scalable payment solutions. You’ll guide discovery, planning and post-launch optimization, while solving complex integration challenges. The role blends hands-on delivery with strategic recommendations in a matrixed, hybrid environment for global clients. Compensation / Benefits * Act as a technical consultant supporting client implementations and strategic initiatives * Lead design workshops, discovery sessions, and implementation planning * Support complex integrations involving APIs, tokenization, authentication, and transaction processing * Diagnose and resolve production issues impacting performance and stability * Drive continuous improvement for scalability, reliability, and efficiency * Translate business and technical requirements into actionable recommendations * Provide guidance on integration strategies, monitoring, and incident management * Utilize Agile delivery methodologies to support program success * Collaborate with stakeholders to explore innovation and emerging technologies * Influence outcomes across matrixed teams and provide informal leadership Tasks * 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor Degree or equivalent (Advanced Degree or PhD options acknowledged) * Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, IT) * Experience delivering technical consulting, systems integration, or enterprise technology initiatives * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills * Experience working directly with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams Key requirements * Medical * Dental * Vision * 401(k) * FSA/HSA * Life Insurance
