Job description

We are seeking a Legal Technology Support Analyst to support the Legal Operations team by driving technology adoption, coordinating projects, providing end-user support, and improving operational processes. This role serves as a key resource for legal technology platforms, helping attorneys and business partners maximize the use of enterprise applications while ensuring Legal Operations initiatives are successfully implemented.

The ideal candidate is technically savvy, organized, and customer-focused, with experience supporting business applications, troubleshooting user issues, creating documentation, and coordinating cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

Legal Technology Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day support of legal technology platforms, including Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), e-signature, matter management, document management, and workflow applications.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate resolution with internal technology teams or software vendors.
  • Manage user access, permissions, security reviews, and audit documentation across Legal Operations systems.
  • Coordinate system testing, upgrades, enhancements, and software releases.
  • Assist with implementation of new legal technology solutions and process improvements.

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate Legal Operations projects by managing timelines, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
  • Track project progress and prepare status updates for leadership.
  • Partner with Legal Operations, IT, and business stakeholders to support successful project execution.

Training & User Adoption

  • Develop user guides, standard operating procedures, FAQs, and training materials.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities during system implementations and upgrades.
  • Assist with onboarding users to new technologies and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and Lunch & Learn programs.
  • Promote user adoption by providing ongoing support and process guidance.

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Maintain knowledge management resources, documentation, and process maps.
  • Identify opportunities to improve Legal Operations workflows and technology utilization.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and operational metrics that measure platform usage and team performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Legal Operations, legal technology, business operations, project coordination, or IT support.
  • Experience supporting enterprise business applications, legal technology platforms, or workflow solutions.
  • Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), matter management, document management, or similar legal systems is highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), software implementations, or technology rollouts is a plus.
