Requirements

  • Oracle EPM ARCS implementation : end-to-end configuration and deployment experience.
  • Reconciliation profile setup and management : ability to design, build, and optimize recon profiles aligned to business requirements.
  • Account grouping configuration : experience structuring and managing account hierarchies and groupings within ARCS
  • Data Integrations - Integration with Oracle Fusion , proven experience integrating ARCS with Oracle Fusion for seamless data flow and reconciliation
  • FX Rate Integrations, FX Rate Setups, Handling Intercompany Reconciliation in ARCS etc.
  • EPM Automate and scripting for Automation tasks, Strong understanding of the financial close process and balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Ability to translate business/Finance requirements into ARCS configuration., * Strong finance acumen : deep understanding of finance processes, accounting principles, and the ability to communicate in finance language with business stakeholders
  • Problem-solving mindset : ability to quickly diagnose issues, identify root causes, and drive solutions independently
  • Ownership mindset : someone who takes end-to-end accountability for deliverables without needing hand-holding
  • Self-directed implementer : capable of working autonomously, managing their own workstream, and delivering results with minimal supervision
