Solution Engineer, Apromore

Experteer Overview As a Solution Engineer for Apromore within Salesforce, you bridge technical discovery with enterprise deployments of AI-driven process intelligence. You work with Account Executives to design data-backed, scalable B2B solutions and guide clients through automation and Agentic AI adoption. You’ll prototype, validate feasibility, and articulate ROI through technical storytelling. This role blends hands-on engineering with strategic advisory to help enterprises realize value from AI-enabled processes. Compensation / Benefits * Conduct comprehensive technical discovery with AEs to map architecture constraints and design optimized To-Be processes * Build PoCs and MVPs to validate feasibility of proposed agentic automations and replatforming initiatives * Guide end-to-end data connectivity and design robust process data models and data pipelines * Translate prototypes into business cases and communicate technical value to executives and technical stakeholders * De-risk agentic AI deployments by validating workflows, handoffs, and trust guardrails * Lead professional services engagements in process intelligence, onboarding, and training for enterprise clients * Contribute reusable assets, reference architectures, and mentor junior Solution Engineers Tasks * 5+ years in customer-facing technical selling or technical delivery roles * Process analytics, mining, task mining, simulation knowledge * Strong data engineering skills: SQL, Python, data pipelines, API integrations * AI fluency: understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic orchestration frameworks * Sales instinct and commercial curiosity in enterprise deal cycles * Excellent relationship-building with C-suite to IT teams * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science/AI, or equivalent Key requirements * time off programs * medical, dental, vision * mental health support * paid parental leave * life and disability insurance * 401(k) and employee stock purchasing program
