Solution Engineer, Apromore

Experteer Overview You will serve as a technical anchor in Apromore, translating complex process intelligence and data workflows into compelling, value-driven proposals for enterprise clients. You’ll partner with Account Executives to validate feasibility, prototype solutions, and guide customers through AI and automation adoption with trust and clarity. This role blends hands-on engineering with strategic pre-sales leadership to scale AI-driven process optimization across large organizations. You’ll work within a cross-functional team to deliver measurable business impact and reusable assets for the wider solutions community. Compensation / Benefits * Run technical discovery sessions with Account Executives to map problems and design to-be processes * Build PoCs and minimum viable prototypes to validate feasibility and ROI * Lead end-to-end data connectivity design and data model architecture across ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake) * Translate prototypes into business cases and communicate ROI to C-suite and technical stakeholders * De-risk agentic AI deployments by defining context, handoffs, and trust guardrails * Deliver professional services and training to enterprise clients for process intelligence methodologies * Scale engineering impact by creating reusable assets, reference architectures, and mentoring junior engineers Tasks * 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles or delivery roles * Process intelligence experience (analytics, mining, simulation, data-driven BPM) * Strong data engineering skills with SQL, Python, data pipelines, API integrations * AI fluency with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic orchestration frameworks * Sales sense and ability to navigate complex enterprise deals * Excellent relationship building with C-suite to IT stakeholders * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science/AI, or equivalent Key requirements * time off programs * medical, dental, vision * mental health support * paid parental leave * life and disability insurance * 401(k) and employee stock purchase program
