Solution Engineer, Apromore

Experteer Overview As a Solution Engineer within the Apromore Specialist team, you bridge process intelligence with enterprise automation, turning deep technical insight into customer-ready AI solutions. You partner with Account Executives to qualify and close opportunities by delivering credible, data-backed technical strategies. You build PoCs and prototypes, validate feasibility, and guide clients through safe, scalable agentic AI deployments. You contribute to reusable assets and mentor peers, shaping how enterprises adopt AI-driven process optimization. Compensation / Benefits * Conduct comprehensive technical discovery with Account Executives to map problems to optimized to-be processes * Prototype PoCs and hands-on implementations to validate technical feasibility and ROI * Lead end-to-end data connectivity design, ETL pipelines, and integration with enterprise data ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake) * Translate prototypes into business cases for executive stakeholders across Automation/AI, Digital Transformation, and Risk & Compliance * De-risk Agentic AI deployments by defining context, handoffs, and governance criteria for safe usage * Deliver professional services and training to enable customer adoption of process intelligence methodologies * Scale engineering impact by creating reusable assets, reference architectures, and mentoring junior engineers Tasks * 5+ years in customer-facing technical selling or technical delivery roles * Process intelligence experience (analytics, mining, simulation, data-driven BPM) * Strong data engineering skills with SQL, Python and building data pipelines * AI fluency including LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration frameworks * Sales instinct and understanding of complex enterprise deal cycles * Excellent relationship-building with C-suite to IT teams * Bachelor in Computer Science or related field Key requirements * time off programs * medical, dental, vision * mental health support * paid parental leave * life and disability insurance * 401(k) and employee stock purchase program
