Job description
- Serves as a steward of ERP design, ensuring integrations and customizations uphold standardized end-to-end business processes and maintain seamless execution across functions, regions, and channels.
- Proactively identifies process and data gaps across integrated systems, partnering with functional leaders to define sustainable solutions that improve order lifecycle visibility, inventory accuracy, and customer experience outcomes.
- Partners with business and IT stakeholders to align ERP solutions with multi-country requirements, balancing localization needs with global process consistency while leading integration alignment to ensure scalable, orchestrated processes across global operating models.
- Contributes to post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement by analyzing cross-system performance, identifying systemic issues, and feeding lessons learned into future releases and rollout waves.
- Own the integration and customization workstream within the ERP program, with accountability for scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery quality
- Build and manage detailed integration and customization plans, coordinating build, test, and deployment activities in line with the overall ERP program timeline
- Provide regular status, risk, and issue reporting to program and IT leadership, escalating where integration complexity or instability threatens delivery
- Lead and coordinate a team of developers and technical resources, ensuring customizations meet agreed solution designs and business requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience leading integrations and customizations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP programs
- Strong understanding of ERP integration patterns, extensions, and customization principles in a global template environment
- Hands-on experience coordinating developers, system integrators, and functional teams
- Experience owning a complex ERP workstream with accountability for delivery, risks, and dependencies

- Ability to challenge non-standard requirements and protect global design integrity
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting testing phases (SIT, UAT) and go-live readiness for integrated solutions
- Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
