Prject Manager (Transformation/Delivery focused)

Ideally, we are looking for someone with a strong combination of:

• Project Management and Delivery experience
• Process improvement and operational transformation experience (Lean Six Sigma qualification, desirable)
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams
• UAT, go-live and implementation support experience
• Agile delivery experience (Jira and/or Azure DevOps advantageous)
• Financial Services experience (ideally banking, funds, wealth, trust, or broader regulated environments)
• Ability to operate comfortably between business and technology teams

The ideal candidate will be a hands on delivery individual who can bring structure, coordination and momentum to an initiative whilst maintaining strong stakeholder engagement.

The role is focused on helping an initiative move through its next phases of delivery, including stakeholder coordination, requirements management, business analysis, delivery governance, UAT readiness, implementation support and coordination across multiple workstreams.
