Experteer Overview In this role you will help translate diverse customer needs into complete system solutions and verify them through rigorous testing. You will work within the Engineering and Sciences organization to analyze performance, risks, and constraints, guiding integration across mechanical, electrical, and environmental interfaces. You’ll collaborate with Agile teams to ensure requirements are verifiable and tests produce actionable data. Compensation / Benefits * Identify and flow customer requirements into design and test documentation * Analyze product capabilities, performance, design information, and verification methods * Convert requirements into total system solutions considering schedule and cost * Perform functional, timeline analyses, and trade studies * Generate and manage requirement sets covering performance and non-performance aspects * Monitor contract milestones and deliverables * Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure design sufficiency for system requirements * Support verified requirements through inspection, analysis, demonstration, or test with data reduction scripts * Develop simulation models for sensors and systems * Facilitate production and troubleshooting tests to ensure data conformance to requirements Tasks * Bachelor or Master in STEM with 2+ years of engineering experience * Experience in System Engineering activities: software requirements development, requirements development, test case development, verification and validation * Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance * Onsite work in Woodland Hills, CA Key requirements * health insurance coverage * life and disability insurance * savings plan * Company paid holidays * paid time off (PTO) * discretionary bonus opportunities
