Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and analytical Mobile Games Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting and analyzing data related to our mobile games’ performance. You will work closely with product managers, game developers, and marketing teams to provide insights that will guide decisions on game design, user acquisition, retention strategies, and monetization.LocationRemote - open to all EU locations.TypeFull timeAbout UsUserWise builds high-performance external teams for top mobile game studios. You will also be tasked with reporting on in-game economies, user engagement, and churn rates to help us enhance the overall gaming experience.Key Responsibilities:Your role will include tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing user behavior patterns, conducting A/B tests, and identifying opportunities for optimization. You will also be tasked with reporting on in-game economies, user engagement, and churn rates to help us enhance the overall gaming experience.Analyze data from mobile games to track player behavior, game performance, and business KPIs.Generate actionable insights to improve user engagement, retention, and monetization strategies.Design and execute A/B tests tracking to assess the impact of game updates and new features.Collaborate with game designers, product managers, and marketing teams to inform data-driven decisions.Build and maintain dashboards to track in-game performance metrics.Use SQL to write complex queries and extract data from various sources.Present data findings to stakeholders, making recommendations based on your analysis.Monitor trends and emerging patterns within game data, identifying opportunities for optimization.Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalentexperience in the industry.Proven experience in a data analysis role, ideally within the mobile gaming industry.Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot complexqueries.Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.Familiarity with statistical methods and tools for data analysis is a plus.Nice to have a knowledge of game analytics platforms (e.g., GameAnalytics, or Firebase) isdesirable.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandableway.Passion for mobile games and a deep understanding of gaming KPIs (DAU, MAU, retention,ARPU, etc.).English is the primary working language; candidates must be fluent in spoken and written EnglishThis role is ideal for someone who loves diving into data, discovering trends, and making an impacton the future of mobile games!Market competitive, tax-free USD salariesPaid Time OffPerformance BonusAnnual Performance Reviews

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent experience in the industry. Proven experience in a data analysis role, ideally within the mobile gaming industry. Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex queries. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Familiarity with statistical methods and tools for data analysis is a plus. Nice to have a knowledge of game analytics platforms (e.g., GameAnalytics, or Firebase) is desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable way. Passion for mobile games and a deep understanding of gaming KPIs (DAU, MAU, retention, ARPU, etc.). English is the primary working language; candidates must be fluent in spoken and written English
