Lead Software Engineer, Platform

Experteer Overview Lead Platform engineering role focused on shaping the core backend and architecture for scale. You will collaborate with ML and data teams to deploy compute-heavy workflows and evolve scalable services. You’ll mentor engineers, drive architecture decisions, and own cloud-native infrastructure.
