Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you support on-orbit operations and maintenance for a Space RADAR constellation, helping ensure mission success from early design to on-orbit support. You will monitor telemetry, analyze system performance, and develop tools to streamline operations. You join the Eastern Region SEIT team to work across sensors, payloads, and ground systems, contributing to complex, classified space missions. This is a hands-on, shift-friendly role that blends engineering, data analysis, and tool development to resolve anomalies and improve mission uptime. You will work in a culture that values curiosity, collaboration, and a pioneering spirit to push space capabilities forward. Compensation / Benefits * Monitor, trend, and analyze satellite and payload telemetry during ops shifts * Perform system tests with on-orbit payloads or lab assets (engineering development units, simulators) * Code/script development to analyze payload data for debugging and performance evaluation * Develop or improve custom software tools for trending, testing, analysis, and operational workflows * Assist with discrepancy report adjudication and anomaly resolution Tasks * BS in STEM with aerospace/defense industry development or test experience (Level 1) or BS in STEM with 2 years of related experience or MS degree (Level 2) * Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility * Coding skills, preferably MATLAB and/or Python * Willingness to support shift work Key requirements * health insurance * life and disability insurance * savings plan * Company paid holidays * paid time off (PTO)
