Program Analyst, Platform Architecture

Experteer Overview In this role you will oversee and drive a dynamic backlog of business initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver top priorities. You will manage the project and feature portfolio and support agile maturity across the organization. You’ll help translate complex technical concepts into business terms and ensure secure handling of confidential data. This position offers visibility with management and a chance to influence cross-functional delivery in a fast-paced environment. Compensation / Benefits * Manage the overall project/feature portfolio and align it with business priorities * Formulate, organize, and monitor interconnected projects to achieve program goals * Identify and mitigate risks across projects and adjust resources accordingly * Coordinate monthly readouts on software capitalization status and contribute to quarterly management updates * Oversee the feature management software implementation and promote its ongoing use * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requests and prioritization * Promote customer engagement through monthly release readouts * Support agile organizational assessment and drive alignment across Ascensus business units * Foster continuous learning and agile maturity; lead with an inspect-and-adapt mindset * Ensure proper handling of confidential data and uphold information security standards * Demonstrate Ascensus core values (People Matter, Quality First, Integrity Always) in daily actions * Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned * Manage projects with established timelines and budgets Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent * 7+ years of business experience preferred * 2+ years Agile/Scrum experience preferred * 5+ years of program management experience preferred * Experience with web-based applications and interface conventions * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and agile tools (JIRA, Aha!, Confluence) * Familiarity with financial systems and participant transaction processing (529 Plans and retirement products) preferred * Strong facilitation and stakeholder influence skills * Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical terms to business audience * Detail-oriented and analytical; problem-solving mindset; adaptability in fast-paced environments Key requirements *
