Program Analyst, Platform Architecture

Experteer Overview As a Program Analyst, you will oversee a dynamic backlog and portfolio of business initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to prioritize and drive delivery of top priorities. You will advance agile maturity, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure effective communication of status and risks. Compensation / Benefits * Manage the overall portfolio of projects/features * Formulate, organize, and monitor interconnected projects * Identify risks, mitigate, and adjust resource usage * Coordinate monthly readouts on software capitalization status * Provide business input to quarterly management readouts * Oversee and evolve feature management software usage * Partner with stakeholders to align requests with priorities * Promote customer engagement via monthly release readouts * Support agile organizational assessment and continuous learning * Foster a culture of inspect-and-adapt and agile maturity * Protect confidential data and ensure proper handling * Demonstrate Ascensus core values in daily actions * Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned * Manage projects with timelines and/or budgets Tasks * Bachelor’s Degree required * 7 years of business experience preferred but not required * 2 years Agile/Scrum experience preferred * 5 years program management experience preferred * Experience with web-based applications and interface conventions * Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and agile tools (JIRA, Aha!, Confluence) * Familiarity with financial systems and participant transaction processing (529 Plans, retirement products) * Strong meeting facilitation and stakeholder influence * Excellent written and verbal communication, translating technical terms for business audiences * Detail-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving mindset * Ability to work in fast-paced, adaptive, cross-functional environments * Strong ability to prioritize across multiple constituencies Key requirements *
