Program Analyst, Platform Architecture

Experteer Overview In this role you will oversee a dynamic backlog of business initiatives and partner with stakeholders to prioritize and drive delivery. You will manage project portfolios, monitor interdependent projects, and help mature agile practices across the organization. You’ll enable effective readouts and governance, while safeguarding confidential data and upholding Ascensus values. Compensation / Benefits * Manage the project/feature portfolio end-to-end * Formulate, organize, and monitor interlinked projects * Identify risks and mitigate; adjust resource usage as needed * Coordinate monthly capitalization status readouts * Provide business input for quarterly management readouts * Oversee the feature management software implementation and evolve its use * Engage stakeholders to understand requests and priorities * Promote customer engagement through monthly release readouts * Support agile organizational assessment and alignment across business units * Foster continuous learning and agile maturity; promote inspect-and-adapt culture * Protect and handle confidential data securely * Model Ascensus Core Values in daily work * Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned * Manage projects with timelines and budgets Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience * 7+ years of business experience preferred * 2+ years Agile/Scrum experience preferred * 5+ years of program management experience preferred * Experience with web-based applications and interface conventions * Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and agile tools (JIRA, Aha!, Confluence) * Familiarity with financial systems and 529 Plans/retirement products preferred * Strong facilitation and stakeholder influence abilities * Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical terms to business terms * Detail-oriented and analytical; problem-solving mindset Key requirements *
