Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead the engineering and delivery of high-voltage transmission line projects, collaborating across disciplines to meet quality and safety standards. You will support and mentor teams, manage project plans, and engage clients to align scope and outcomes. The position offers flexible work arrangements with remote options and regional offices, emphasizing technical leadership and practical execution. You will shape project execution from planning through construction support, delivering reliable, code-compliant infrastructure. Compensation / Benefits * Lead and execute transmission projects up to 765 kV * Develop and maintain project schedules and plans * Facilitate weekly/bi-weekly project meetings with identified owners * Coordinate with clients and multi-disciplinary teams on status and deliverables * Ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures and safety standards * Provide design expertise in PLS-CADD, structure staking, foundations, and construction support * Lead project teams of varying sizes and manage resource planning * Travel to client sites, field, or vendor facilities as needed * Support PMs with scope, schedule, and budget for new projects * Contribute to business development and client relationship building * Mentor staff and support department leadership in performance and development Tasks * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering * 7-10 years of transmission engineering experience * Professional Engineering (PE) licensure * Understanding of NESC, RUS, and GO-95 * Strong knowledge of transmission line fundamentals and PLS-CADD * Excellent written and verbal English communication * Proficiency with Microsoft Office * Commitment to safety policies and ethical conduct Key requirements *
