Experteer Overview In this role, you lead a Systems Engineering group within the Sentinel Program, driving technical maturation and requirements verification. You work on architecture, requirements management, modeling and MBSE, and provide technical direction across the program. You’ll manage a team of engineers, mentor talent, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver mission-critical capabilities. The role blends hands-on program work with organizational leadership, in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This opportunity lets you shape a high-impact defense system while advancing your leadership and engineering craft.
