Senior Engineering Manager, AutoCloud Agentic Systems

Experteer Overview In this role you lead the AutoCloud Agentic Systems development, aligning technical goals with product aims to deliver scalable, reliable cloud management capabilities. You will drive end-to-end feature development-from ideation through deployment and iteration-while shaping technology strategy with product teams. You’ll partner across Google Cloud and AutoCloud to deliver customer value, establish best practices in AI and software engineering, and mentor engineers to operate at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Lead end-to-end development lifecycle of features (ideation, prototyping, deployment, monitoring, iteration) * Define and execute technology strategy and phased plans with product teams * Partner with cross-functional leaders across Google Cloud and AutoCloud for alignment and customer value * Advocate for best practices in AI development and software engineering to ensure robust, scalable systems * Manage multiple teams and oversee large-scale projects across sites internationally * Contribute to product strategy and team development, mentoring and hiring across global locations Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience * 8 years of software development experience * 5 years of leadership, people management and hiring/mentoring experience across global locations * 2 years of experience with Generative AI Key requirements *
