- Lead Agile coaching and maturity improvement initiatives across teams and organizational units;
- Assess Agile adoption and develop scalable improvement plans;
- Coach Scrum Masters, delivery teams, product stakeholders, and leaders;
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and large-scale events such as PI Planning;
- Support the use of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean practices;
- Promote collaboration, transparency, empowerment, and continuous improvement;
- Analyze delivery metrics to identify performance and process improvements;
- Resolve conflicts, remove impediments, and strengthen stakeholder engagement;
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve team performance and organizational alignment;
- Deliver Agile training and knowledge-sharing sessions;
- Document and present Agile strategies, processes, and improvement recommendations;
- Support knowledge transfer and effective handovers.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to lead the adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement of Agile practices across teams and organizational levels.
In this role, you will coach teams, Scrum Masters, stakeholders, and leadership to strengthen collaboration, improve delivery performance, and ensure alignment between Agile ways of working and organizational goals. You will play a key role in driving cultural transformation, enabling cross-functional collaboration, and helping teams deliver sustainable, high-value outcomes., * 8+ years of experience in Agile environments, including 3+ years as an Agile Coach or in a similar role;
- Proven success leading Agile transformations, coaching teams, and delivering high-value outcomes;
- Expert knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean;
- Advanced proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps/Azure DevSecOps, or Rally;
- Strong understanding of Agile adoption, maturity development, metrics, and performance analysis;
- Experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution;
- Excellent communication, facilitation, mentoring, and influencing skills;
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience;
- Ability to work effectively in complex, cross-functional environments;
- C1 English and B1 French, or willingness to achieve B1 French.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Agile coaching certification (e.g., ICP-ACC, SPC, PSM, or equivalent);
- Experience leading enterprise-wide Agile transformations and coaching multiple teams;
- Familiarity with DevSecOps, technical delivery pipelines, and software engineering processes;
- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.
