Job description
As part of a Product-Centric transformation, you will work closely with Agile teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and business stakeholders to help embed Agile principles, improve collaboration and accelerate value delivery. You will play a key role in scaling Agile practices, fostering team autonomy and supporting the transition towards a modern product operating model.
Working alongside a team of Agile facilitators, you will combine coaching, mentoring and hands-on Scrum Master responsibilities to drive continuous improvement across multiple product teams.
Your Responsibilities
Agile Coaching & Transformation
- Support the organization’s transition toward a Product-Centric operating model.
- Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, ownership and customer value delivery.
- Help teams adopt Agile ways of working tailored to the organization’s context.
Scrum Master Activities
- Act as Scrum Master for one product team.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
- Remove impediments and support team autonomy.
- Help teams become self-organized, high-performing and customer-focused.
Coaching Product Owners & Scrum Masters
- Mentor Scrum Masters and support their development into servant leaders.
- Coach Product Owners on product vision, backlog management, value prioritization and stakeholder management.
- Encourage empirical planning and continuous experimentation.
Organizational Improvement
- Identify organizational impediments affecting delivery and collaboration.
- Recommend and facilitate improvements to governance, processes and ways of working.
- Support change management initiatives across multiple teams.
- Foster collaboration between product teams and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience working in Agile environments.
- At least 5 years of experience as an Enterprise Agile Coach or Lead Agile Coach.
- Strong experience coaching Agile teams in software development environments.
- Proven experience mentoring Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
- Deep practical knowledge of Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) and Agile at Scale.
- Strong understanding of Product Management and Product-Centric organizations.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching and servant leadership skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage conflicts and create collaborative environments.
- Pragmatic mindset with the ability to adapt Agile practices to business needs.
- Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
Nice to Have
- Experience leading Agile transformations in large enterprise environments.
- Certifications such as Certified LeSS Practitioner, ICAgile, SAFe SPC, PSM II/III or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).
- Experience within the energy, utilities or infrastructure sector.
- Knowledge of Product Operating Models and organizational design.
- Experience coaching cross-functional product teams.
