Control Room Analyst

We’re looking for a Control Room Analyst to play a key role in supporting our warehouse operation through resource planning, systems management, and operational reporting. Working closely with colleagues across the site, you’ll help ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time while providing vital administrative and technical support to the wider team., Producing and maintaining operational reports, tracking performance and resource requirements across the site Updating and maintaining systems, databases, Power BI dashboards, and workforce management tools such as SmartTime Supporting resource planning activities to ensure operational demand is met while monitoring staffing levels, holidays, and absence Recording actions and maintaining documentation from performance reviews, 1-to-1 meetings, and operational investigations Working with colleagues across the operation to provide information, organise activities, and support day-to-day site communications

Are confident using systems, spreadsheets, and data to support day-to-day operational decision making Have strong organisational skills and enjoy working with accurate information and reporting Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with colleagues across all areas of the operation Thrive in a diverse, close-knit team environment where collaboration and teamwork are key Take a proactive approach to learning, problem solving, and finding more efficient ways of working
