Enterprise Service Configuration Manager

Experteer Overview As a Senior CMDB/ITOM Architect, you will own the end-to-end CMDB lifecycle and ensure data accuracy across enterprise services. You will partner with engineering, service owners, and process leads to define governance, data quality, and scalable data models. You will design integrations, discovery patterns, and reconciliation rules to improve coverage and reliability. You will also explore AI/ML-enabled solutions to enhance data quality and predictive change impact. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on development in a globally distributed environment and a mission to improve service resilience for travel tech platforms. Pay / Benefits * Own and manage the CMDB lifecycle end-to-end for accurate CI data aligned to ITSM/ITOM processes * Design and refine CMDB data models, including class structures, relationships, and attributes * Partner with service owners and engineers to enforce CMDB governance, standards, and data quality rules * Define and optimize CMDB integrations, discovery, and reconciliation to improve coverage and data fidelity * Develop system-level documentation including low-level designs, API specs, and data schemas * Safely integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled CMDB solutions to improve data quality and change impact prediction * Lead or contribute to cross-team initiatives to enhance dependency visibility and operational resilience Tasks * Senior IC with leadership experience; at least one year leading a team of engineers * 3+ years leading ITSM/ITOM/ITAM engineering teams in distributed environments * Proven ownership of an enterprise CMDB/AMDB/xMDB as trusted source of truth * Deep hands-on experience with ServiceNow or Jira Service Management (CMDB, service modeling, integrations, ITOM, ITAM, observability) * Strong CMDB data modeling, CI class design, relationship mapping, and API data integrations * Ability to define data standards, governance frameworks, and data quality KPIs with roadmaps * Experience supporting multiple services and stakeholders in a complex enterprise * Strong communication and stakeholder management, able to influence senior leaders without authority * Familiarity with AI/ML-driven tools to improve configuration data quality, incident response, or change management Key requirements * medical/dental/vision * paid time off * parental leave * flexible work model * wellness & travel reimbursement * travel discounts
