  • Be an early applicant, * Kommunikation mit Kunden auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene sowie relevanten Partnern
  • Störungen identifizieren und Lösungen umsetzen
  • Erstellung von Dokumentationen für Tickets, Abläufe und Teamanweisungen
  • Unterstützung bei Eskalationen, insbesondere in Richtung Entwicklerteams
  • Eingehende Kundenanfragen priorisieren und organisieren
  • Einarbeitung an den Standorten in Erfurt und München zur Vermittlung von System- und Prozessverständnis

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Fachbereichen wie Informatik, Systemmanagement oder IT-Management; Quereinsteiger sind ebenfalls willkommen oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Von Vorteil: erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich IT-Support oder Systemmanagement Offenheit für Arbeitszeiten im Schichtbetriebh
