Endpoint Engineer - macOS

Experteer Overview In this role you will act as the macOS expert within a high-performance enterprise tech team, diagnosing and resolving endpoint challenges at scale. You will support and mentor technicians, escalate complex macOS issues, and design solutions to boost uptime, reliability, and user productivity. The position blends hands-on troubleshooting with long-term systems thinking to deliver visible improvements across the firm. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to modernize end-user computing and adoption of best practices. Pay / Benefits * Create and maintain an end-user computing experience * Troubleshoot day-to-day macOS issues and serve as escalation point for engineering, security, and deployment * Investigate recurring problems and implement long-term preventive solutions with documentation * Research, test, and adopt best practices for the tech stack and processes * Educate users and teams on best practices and improve workflow/tool adoption Tasks * Deep knowledge and experience with macOS * Experience provisioning, deploying, and maintaining macOS endpoints using ABM/MDM (Jamf Pro, Workspace One, or Microsoft Intune) * Experience with macOS packaging and deployment tools (AutoPkg, Munki) * Proficiency with Bash or Python * Familiarity with enterprise networking (802.1X, Wi-Fi, IPv4) * Experience with collaboration tools, conferencing, remote IT tools, and ticketing systems * Collaborative, can-do mindset and ability to support others * Effective communication in technical and non-technical language, translating information into documentation Key requirements * discretionary performance-based bonuses * competitive benefits package
