Job Profile: Senior Manager - Microsoft 365 Platform¿Todo listo para enviar su solicitud?Asegúrese de comprender todas las responsabilidades y tareas asociadas a este puesto antes de continuar.The Senior Manager - Microsoft 365 Platform is accountable for the product ownership, governance, and technical health of Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform across TD SYNNEX.This role provides clear direction on what we use, how we use it, and how we evolve it, ensuring the platform is secure, standardized, and aligned to enterprise priorities while actively reducing technical debt and legacy dependencies.The role operates as a platform product leader, not a service desk or security function, and works in close partnership with Infrastructure Operations, Security, Architecture, SAM, and Regional IT teams.Reporting LineReports to: Vice President, rTIO Europe and Global OpsManagement Level: Senior ManagerMissionProvide clear Microsoft 365 and Power Platform product direction, robust governance, and disciplined execution-modernizing collaboration services, reducing technical debt, and enabling secure, scalable cloud adoption across TD SYNNEX.Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Product Ownership & StrategyAccountable For Defining And Maintaining The Target-state Vision ForMicrosoft 365 collaboration services (Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft 365 Groups, Copilot, Viva where applicable)Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI - governance and strategy)The hybrid digital workspace (integration of collaboration tools with physical office environments)Key OutcomesClearly articulated platform roadmap aligned to business prioritiesDefined usage patterns, guardrails, and architectural principlesTransparent decision-making on platform evolution and deprecationPlatform GovernanceOwn And Enforce Governance Models CoveringUsage standards and lifecycle managementWorkspace and application provisioning models (in coordination with the SAM team for licensing)Data ownership, permissions, retention, and external sharing rulesThe role ensures consistency at scale, balancing flexibility for the business with enterprise risk and compliance requirements.Platform Engineering & MaintenanceProvide Leadership Over Platform Stability And Continuous Improvement, IncludingConfiguration baselines and policy managementRelease and change impact management for Microsoft 365 updatesReduction of recurring incidents through standardization and automationThis role is accountable for outcomes, not hands?on administration, working through platform engineers and regional teams.Legacy Reduction & Cloud Migration (Strategy Ownership)Own The Strategy And Direction ForMigration from file shares and legacy collaboration tools to SharePoint and TeamsReplacement of legacy solutions (e.g. Access databases) with governed Power Platform solutionsDefinition and active burn?down of technical debt through a documented target-state architectureExecution may sit with regional or project teams;
