Job description

Experteer Overview As a Technical Program Manager with ASIC design experience at Meta, you will lead cross-functional, multi-site teams from concept to production to deliver ASIC solutions that enable Meta’s infrastructure. You’ll align technical execution with business strategy, define roadmaps, monitor progress, and drive high-quality outcomes. Your deep technical background in ASIC design and system architecture will help you collaborate across engineering, product, and vendor teams at scale. This role offers the chance to shape silicon programs that power Meta’s apps and services worldwide. Compensation / Benefits * Manage cross-functional infrastructure programs across Silicon Engineering, Platform Software, Hardware Systems, Sourcing & Operations and vendors * Drive ASIC development and subsystems from concept to production in collaboration with vendors * Provide hands-on PM support through silicon and firmware development phases (concept, design, fabrication, validation, qualification, production release) * Engage stakeholders to define roadmaps for product development * Drive program execution to deliver high-quality ASIC solutions * Lead internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions * Collaborate with software, hardware, and architecture teams to understand requirements and constraints Tasks * BS degree in Computer Science, Computer / Electrical Engineering or other technical field * 10+ years of experience in ASIC development * 2+ years in Program/Product Management or Engineering Management with proven leadership * Experience managing ASIC design flow (architecture, RTL, synthesis, verification, physical layout) * Experience in pre-silicon testing with Emulation, FPGA and post-silicon validation * Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills * Demonstrated ability to manage from technical details to big picture Key requirements *
