Please send your application in German only! We are looking for a visionary and experienced Data Analyst (m/f/d) with a strong passion for Agentive Artificial Intelligence and autonomous systems. In this key role, you design and operate the technological and procedural basis of our AI ecosystem. You combine deep technical data engineering with a growing understanding of the processes in a statutory health insurance fund. The trust of our insureds and employees comes first: In particular, you ensure that data regarding your criticality is integrated in accordance with the high regulatory and ethical standards. Your expertise will be critical to building trusted AI systems, thereby ensuring the personal advice of people for people in the health environment despite cost pressure and shortage of skilled workers in the future. These challenges come to you, among other things: Technical data integration & connectivity sound coding skills, particularly in Python, with proven experience in the development, implementation and further development of AI-based solutions and the responsible assumption of technical and specialist development tasks API & database management: Independently designing and implementing technical connections from various data sources (REST APIs, SQL databases, cloud storage) to our analysis and AI system Pipeline architecture: Setting up and maintaining scalable data flows (ETL/ELT) to ensure high-performance and real-time data availability for AI assistance systems Interface governance: Ensure technical interoperability between BKK (Bitmarck 21c | ng) stock systems and modern AI infrastructures Process analysis & workflow optimization: Domain understanding: Active immersion in specialist units (e.g. nursing care consultation, sickness benefit case management) to develop a deep understanding of how knowledge arises and how processes and outcomes are documented Data process mapping: Analysis of the discrepancy between real work procedures and the mapping in the data to improve the data quality at the source Business transformation: Identification of optimization potential in specialist department workflows based on your data analyzes. For this position, we are looking for a personality that understands code but can also speak the language of the specialist units of our . Ideally, you have the following: Master’s degree in business informatics, data science, computer science or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience Confident using Python (Pandas, PySpark) to understand and further develop existing solutions, data manipulation and pipeline controlTech Stack & experience: Extensive experience in connecting APIs (JSON, REST) and querying complex database structures (SQL) Experience in process modeling (e.g. BPMN) or performing requirement analyzes is desirable Methodological skills: You have the ability to translate complex operational processes into logical data models and derive specific efficiency gains from them Personal skills: Communication in German language (proof of C1-Level): Business-level demeanor in order to convincingly represent technical optimization proposals to specialist stakeholders and management.
