Edge - Practice Lead, Artificial Intelligence

Experteer Overview In this role you define and drive Accenture’s AI strategy for the mid-market SAP segment. You shape a differentiated AI practice, develop core offerings, and translate enterprise AI assets into right-sized solutions. You collaborate across Accenture capabilities to tailor tools for mid-market clients and lead the practice as a thought leader. You’ll build assets, enable delivery, and help teams win and deliver at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Define and build a portfolio of AI offerings for mid-market SAP clients, including accelerators, delivery frameworks, and packaged solutions * Adapt Accenture’s AI assets and alliances into scale-appropriate offerings for mid-market budgets and maturity * Define and refine the delivery model, talent needs, tooling standards, and quality benchmarks * Create reusable assets such as solution blueprints, ROI models, demo environments, and playbooks * Craft differentiated positioning and messaging for AI capabilities in the mid-market SAP space * Partner with sales, marketing, and account teams to embed AI into client conversations and proposals * Develop thought leadership content and present at client briefings and industry events * Act as liaison between the mid-market group and broader AI, data, and technology practices * Collaborate with Centers of Excellence, alliance teams, and technology partners to access and adapt capabilities * Advise on mid-market investments, tooling, and resource commitments within Accenture * Build and mentor a community of AI practitioners and define capability development paths * Track emerging AI technologies and SAP roadmap developments to stay current Tasks * Minimum 10 years of enterprise technology consulting experience with a meaningful AI/data/analytics focus * Minimum 4 years building or scaling a consulting practice or offering * Minimum 3 years experience with SAP ecosystems (S/4HANA, BTP) and AI intersecting ERP processes * Minimum 2 years experience navigating a matrixed, large-enterprise organization with shared services and CoEs * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience Key requirements * medical, dental, vision, life * long-term disability * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays * paid time off
