Experteer Overview In this role you will advance Judi Health’s analytics capabilities by delivering client-facing PBM analyses and insights. You will translate complex pharmacy benefit and claims data into actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams, helping to drive value and decision-making. You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration, develop client-ready dashboards, and promote scalable analytics practices. This positionoffers an opportunity to influence strategic decisions within a fast-paced, data-driven health tech environment. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Client-Facing PBM Analytics: perform complex analyses of pharmacy benefit, claims, utilization, trend, savings, and performance data; interpret results with PBM knowledge and connect to client priorities. * Develop client-ready analyses, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and business impact. * Present findings to clients and internal stakeholders in a polished, consultative manner; translate data into business narratives for diverse audiences. * Proactively identify opportunities, risks, follow-up questions, and recommended next steps as a consultative analytics partner. * Execute high-quality analytics using SQL, Tableau, and cloud-based data environments; ensure reproducibility and quality controls. * Identify efficiency gains through automation, reusable frameworks, and standardized reporting logic; improve data practices. * Partner with product managers, business leaders, client-facing teams, and clients to prioritize analytics requests by business value and urgency. * Contribute to scalable analytics standards, documentation, quality controls, and repeatable processes; support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. * Provide informal technical and analytical leadership; mentor peers and promote analytical rigor through methodology review and experimentation with new tools. Tasks * 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, BI, healthcare analytics, or related field * Strong PBM knowledge: pharmacy benefits, claims data, utilization trends, formulary/benefit design, savings analysis, client reporting metrics * Experience analyzing pharmacy claims data and translating findings into client-ready insights and recommendations * Proficiency in SQL and Tableau; experience with cloud-based data environments; strong coding hygiene and documentation * Ability to present analytical findings to clients and stakeholders in a confident, consultative manner * Track record of partnering with stakeholders to scope requests, prioritize work, and advise on opportunities/risks * Working knowledge of data engineering fundamentals; experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift * Ability to manage multiple high-priority analytics projects in a fast-paced setting, communicating timelines and tradeoffs * Preferred: experience in large-scale, high-growth organizations; ML or advanced statistical modeling; Agile; Master’s degree in related field; GitHub and dbt experience Key requirements *
