Senior Analyst, Analytics - Corporate Insights

Experteer Overview As Senior Analyst, you will drive analytics projects and deliver actionable insights that guide decisions across departments. You join a growing Analytics team at Judi Health, applying data storytelling to PBM and healthcare data to improve program performance and compliance. You will produce strategic analyses, mentor teammates, and help establish standard reporting that scales with the business. Compensation / Benefits * Lead analytics projects with business stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions and insights * Produce strategic insights on program performance, utilization trends, and financial projections * Maintain clear documentation of query logic, methodologies, and key assumptions * Develop recurring firm-wide insights reports across departments * Collaborate cross-functionally to align insights with objectives, regulatory and financial needs * Identify metrics, themes, and questions for executive reporting with leadership * Translate data findings into visualizations and presentations for stakeholders * Build and maintain standard and ad hoc reports * Support quality control and compliance with company standards * Participate in internal training and knowledge sharing * Adhere to the Judi Health Code of Conduct including reporting noncompliance Tasks * 3+ years in data analytics, BI, or related field * 1+ years in PBM, health plans, healthcare, or Medicare * Experience with pharmacy and medical claims data and client reporting metrics * Proficiency in SQL with good coding hygiene and documentation * Hands-on experience with Tableau * Knowledge of cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) * Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication * Excellent written and verbal communication for presenting insights * Experience mentoring and leading knowledge sharing * Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work Key requirements * hybrid work location (NYC or Denver metro areas; Charlotte) * competitive salary by location * opportunity to impact healthcare analytics at scale * equal employment opportunity * professional development and training * code of conduct compliance
