Experteer Overview In this role you will support and grow Judi Health’s Analytics team by turning PBM, claims, and performance data into clear, actionable client insights. You will lead client-facing analytics, partner with cross-functional teams, and help build a scalable analytics foundation that drives value for clients. You’ll present findings to clients and internal stakeholders, guiding decisions with data-driven recommendations. This is a opportunity to shape analytics rigor and impact in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Client-Facing PBM Analytics and perform complex analyses across pharmacy benefit, claims, utilization, trend, savings, and performance data. * Interpret results using PBM knowledge to identify key drivers and relate findings to client priorities. * Develop client-ready analyses, dashboards, and presentations communicating insights, recommendations, and business impact. * Present analytical findings to clients and internal stakeholders in a polished, consultative manner. * Translate data, methodology, and limitations into business-friendly narratives for varied audiences. * Act as a consultative analytics partner, identifying opportunities, risks, and recommended next steps. * Utilize SQL, Tableau, and cloud-based data environments to conduct advanced analysis and reporting. * Ensure analyses are accurate, reproducible, and well-documented with quality checks. * Identify efficiency improvements via automation and standardized reporting logic. * Partner with product managers and leadership to understand analytics needs and prioritize based on value and urgency. * Manage multiple critical analytics requests in a fast-paced environment with clear communication of timelines and tradeoffs. * Contribute to analytics standards, documentation, and repeatable processes for consistency and scalability. * Provide informal technical and analytical leadership, mentoring peers and promoting best practices. * Encourage experimentation with new tools and methods to improve quality and value. Tasks * 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or healthcare analytics * Strong PBM knowledge including claims data, utilization trends, formulary design, and reporting metrics * Experience analyzing pharmacy claims and translating findings into client insights * Proficiency in SQL and BI tools like Tableau; comfortable in cloud environments with good coding hygiene * Ability to present detailed analyses to clients and stakeholders in a confident, consultative manner * Track record partnering with internal and external stakeholders to scope, prioritize, and advise on opportunities or risks * Working knowledge of data engineering concepts and experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) * Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting and communicate timelines and risks * Preferred: experience in large-scale, high-growth orgs; ML or advanced statistics; Agile; Master’s in related field; GitHub and dbt experience Key requirements *
