Senior Analyst, Analytics - Corporate Insights

Experteer Overview In this role you will drive analytics projects within Judi Health’s Analytics team, delivering actionable insights to support business decisions in the PBM and healthcare domain. You will translate data into strategic storytelling for cross-functional audiences and ensure rigorous data quality and documentation. You’ll develop recurring, organization-wide insights and collaborate across departments to align metrics with regulatory and financial goals. Compensation / Benefits * Lead analytics projects with stakeholders to develop reporting solutions and insights * Provide strategic insights on program performance, utilization trends, and financial projections * Maintain data integrity through clear documentation of query logic, methodologies, and assumptions * Build recurring firm-wide insights reports synthesizing trends, performance, and opportunities * Collaborate cross-functionally to align analytics with objectives, regulatory and financial considerations * Partner with leaders to identify relevant metrics and questions for executive reporting * Transform complex data into actionable visuals and presentations for diverse audiences * Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports * Support compliance standards and reporting of noncompliance * Participate in internal training to support continuous learning * Mentor team members and share knowledge Tasks * 3+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field * 1+ years in PBM, health plans, healthcare, or Medicare * Experience with pharmacy and medical claims data and client reporting metrics * Proficiency in SQL with good coding hygiene and documentation * Hands-on experience with Tableau for BI * Knowledge of cloud-based data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) * Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management * Excellent written and verbal communication for presenting insights * Experience mentoring and leading knowledge sharing * Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work Key requirements *
