Experteer Overview In this role you drive digital transformation within the Transactional practice by guiding adoption of technology and AI-enabled solutions. You will partner with practice leaders and cross-functional teams to manage change, implement new tools, train users, and optimize usage. You help translate needs into product enhancements and measure adoption to maximize value. You will work with vendors and firm leadership to sustain innovative workflows and high-quality client service. Compensation / Benefits * Develop and execute adoption strategies for technologies and offices * Understand workflows and priorities with Transactional lawyers and staff * Identify use cases to boost efficiency, quality, and collaboration * Lead targeted training and provide workflow guidance * Address adoption barriers with practical interventions * Build relationships with practice leaders and change champions * Coordinate change-management activities across launches and enhancements * Support safe use of AI-enabled tools per policy and standards * Deliver practical, use-case-based training for attorneys and staff * Create user guides and self-service resources * Develop onboarding and continuing education programs with K&I and others * Adapt training for different roles, offices, regions * Gather feedback to improve programs * Lead or coordinate technology implementations * Develop implementation plans with stakeholder engagement and post-launch support * Coordinate with cross-functional teams (PM, KM, Innovation, IT, Security, Risk, Talent, etc.) * Facilitate user testing and workflow validation * Ensure documentation, ownership, governance for new tech * Monitor post-launch usage and resolve adoption or usability issues * Conduct post-launch reviews and drive improvements * Own assigned portfolio of legal tech and AI apps * Maintain product roadmaps and prioritize requirements * Coordinate releases, changes, testing, training * Manage backlog and communicate priorities * Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on issues and enhancements * Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and increase value * Support renewal, consolidation, or retirement decisions with data and user needs * Engage as primary Practice Solutions contact for Transactional group * Build understanding of legal workflows and client-service models * Develop trusted relationships with leaders, partners, and staff * Conduct interviews, workshops, surveys to identify needs * Translate needs into requirements and adoption plans * Communicate technology options clearly * Set stakeholder expectations and manage resources * Share use cases and lessons across regions * Define adoption and utilization metrics * Monitor active use, engagement, training participation, support demand * Use data and feedback to close gaps * Provide updates to Director and stakeholders * Evaluate training and adoption effectiveness * Maintain records on ownership, roadmap, usage, risks, and lifecycle * Adjust plans as priorities evolve * Collaborate with Knowledge Management and Innovation * Work with Data Science, AI Engineering, Security, and IT on integrations * Coordinate with Talent Development on learning programs * Collaborate with Risk, Privacy, Procurement, Finance, Legal as needed * Partner with other Practice Solutions Managers for consistency * Participate in cross-functional and firm-wide initiatives * Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate updates, feedback, and renewals * Stay informed on developments in legal tech and AI Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience * Three or more years in change management, technology adoption, legal technology, training, or related field * Experience in a law firm, legal department, or professional services environment * Proven ability to guide professionals through technology and workflow change * Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, training, communication, and project management skills * Ability to translate user needs into practical use cases and adoption plans Key requirements *
