We are looking for an ERP Analyst (IFS) to support and evolve our enterprise systems.You will play a key role as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT, helping translate operational needs into efficient ERP solutions while driving continuous improvement across processes.The Benefits Yearly bonus program; Twelve (12) paid wellness days per year.The Day-to-Day Act as the functional lead for ERP systems, with a strong focus on IFS; Translate business requirements into system configurations and enhancements; Support daily ERP operations, troubleshooting issues and conducting root-cause analysis; Configure workflows, roles, and ERP functionalities; Participate insystem upgrades, patches, and continuous improvement initiatives; Support testing activities including unit testing, integration, and UAT; Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and process documentation; Train and support end users to ensure strong system adoption; Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, etc.); Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to business processes and system usage.The Skills We Are Looking For 3 years or more of experience as an ERP / Functional / Application Analyst; Strong experience with enterprise ERP systems such as IFS, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics; Experience with IFS (strong asset); Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes; Experience with ERP configuration and user support; Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills; Ability to translate business needs into system solutions; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; Bilingual in English and Spanish.
